I've been using Uni-Liver for over 9 months now and I don't ever plan on taking it out. It's a vital part of anyone's nutritional strategy. I personally pound these things at 6 tabs/meal which adds up to 36+ tabs per day. The best part of them is, depending on intake, you're adding up to 10g of protein additionally per meal. That shit adds up. But the great thing is these are dirt cheap so a collegiate bodybuilder like myself can afford to keep them in the cabinet year round. The tabs are a little big, but if you take your supplementing seriously, pills are standard fare. It's not difficult to take 3 of them at a time once you get used to it, though I wouldn't jump straight into that. Buy the 500, take them with you to restaurants, whatever. Excellent product.
