My experience with Dicana- I am in the middle of a 2 month weight loss plan that started on July 12. I use ON whey protein several times daily and I am on no other supplements than Dicana. I train with weights daily and my diet consists of about 1800 calories with about 250gr. of protein daily, divided into 6 meals a day, nearly no carbs. July 12 weight- 227. Got down to 210 by August 1st and that is when I added Dicana, 3 tabs a day. My weight loss was constant until I began using the Dicana and today is the 9th day that my weight has hovered within 1 pound of 210. My diet has remained identical. I HAVE to be in a caloric deficit eating this many calories... but I'm not losing weight. In 9 days while using Dicana I have noticed a definite difference in the mirror. I have to be adding muscle and burning fat simultaneously. I can now lift more than before Dicana. I will keep you updated. I got checked out at the gym today- 20% bodyfat- (I'm 6'3", 210 pounds, haven't worked out in 2 years but getting back on the wagon) so we will see if my hypothesis is correct. Wow, this stuff actually WORKS! Now hopefully my thyroid was built to last.... :) |
