No question its good for you. Pill is a big but not too bad. I use a lot of other NOW products, and they are pretty good. However, I am one of those people with the fish burp syndrome that comes after taking this. My prior cap didnt do that at all, and i'm unsure why some do and some don't. I found that you should take you dose before you eat- the food helps keep the burp oil down. also drink water, lots of it.
