Review:

This is a very solid supplement. The main things i saw from this were in order of effectivness

-Muscle recuperation
-Muscle density/hardness
-Muscle size

I did not notice as much strength gain as i hoped but it blows sci fits ecdysterone out the way. I also took 6 pills a day and bumped my protein up but this does work...
