I have made good gains on this so far but I have also been training really hard. I take 2 grams pre workout and 2 grams post workout. I just pour a teaspoon of it in to my mouth and wash it down with water. It does't seem to taste to bad to me but my friend said it was the nastiest thing he ever tasted so I guess it changes from person to person. Personally it is not that bad. I'm no badass and I take ALCAR a few times a day and the ALCAR is worse than the CEE. Very pure, micronized, creatine monohydrate worked well for me and so far the CEE has been working just as well if not better. |
