This product is a little pricey, but overall I found it effective. I used solely on my waist/love handles that have never gone away no matter what or how long I tried to make them go away in the past. I saw improvement, but not too drastic. I had already used sesamin once before with moderate results and added it back in with fish oils and bulk's r-ala. additionally i use methyl ripped as a thermo. i train hard on cardio and have a good weight schedule going, so it's hard to say exactly where my good results are coming from- but like I said, I haven't been able to reduce the love handles before and I did see some loss while using this in the areas I applied it to. You need to have a serious burn tho for it to work, otherwise I think the fat will get redeposited. If the price were better I would pick up another bottle and keep using it, but I think I'd eventually build a tolerance and it will be less effective anyway. Best when used 1-1.5 hours before a good cardio burn. |
