This stuff gives great pumps eveb at low doses of 1.8 grams. But the only reason im not giving this a 5 is because of the horrible taste, i seriously almost had to run to the bathroom and vomit after the first sip of this with gatorade. U just have to expect a horrible taste and chug it quickly and youll get it down
