This stuff actually makes me feel physically terrible. I got headaches and almost lethargic. I only took it 3 times, 1 cap at a time. There is such a different blend of ingredients in it, I'm not sure what causes such a negetive reaction in my body, but I damn sure won't be finishing the bottle.
