I used to buy chocolate all the time, and it goes very well with water(when you are trying to avoid dairy). I bought ON's chocolate for about 4 years, but just switched to Vanilla since I found all of these recipes on these forums. This is what I mix up now and down 3 times a day
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein 1 banana 2 teaspoons peanut butter 8 oz fat free skim milk 3 ice cubes
blend blend blend!
ON's protein is the best bang for the buck
