BN has put up a new COA for AAKG that more precisely identifies the product as L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate(2:1) Dihydrate. The AAKG BN previously sold was L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate(1:1). There is a big difference in the pH of the 2 which accounts for the change in taste I perceived (was tart, now is soapy). Perhaps this new formulation should have been listed as a different product. Anyone know the pros and cons of one formulation over another? |
