I have to say, this product is exceptionally good at dropping body fat. However, the feeling I get while taking this is not worth the results. I am big on my health now, more so then just superficial appearance (although that is still a desire), and I feel like my heart is sitting close to the surface of my abdomen. It didn't out-right cause palpatations, but I could tell that it was messing around with it in a sense. Because of the feeling, I took it for 14 days, followed by 14 days of Dicana. I just started back with the Retain today, however, due to the way I feel, I am discontinuing it. For those that can tolerate the feeling and do not care whether they live a long life, by all means, this product is awesome. I was impressed with the fat loss results I had in the first 14 days. I even showed a co-worker who saw my stomach (my midsection is literally the only place I have any real bodyfat) a few weeks before I started this product, and they too saw the HUGE difference. And to top it off, I was unable to train due to a cosmetic surgery to fix an asymmetry issue from a previous puberty induced gyno operation. It worked without actually training and to a great degree. Now, hopefully that won't cause anyone who reads this to take the product while being lazy, although with what is believed to be heart problems, it seems like that would be the best way to use it. I am just stating how the product worked. Overall I just wish they'd take whatever it is that is causing the odd heart issues with a lot of users out. From my understanding it's the P-Tyramine, and if that's the case, AX should make just a product with their methyl-baet. This will minimize the total bad health issues this product could cause. So yeah, sorry for the long review, but as I do with all of my reviews, I try to leave nothing untouched for this is to help others with this product. I don't think people should give short, quick answers, because that leaves other peoples' questions unanswered.
