Xpand Review by backusba

I have tried BSN NO in the past, and am using Xpand now. So far, BSN seems to be edging out Xpand.

I felt more psyched up and ready to workout with BSN.
My pumps seemed to last longer and seemed more intense.

That being said, that doesn't mean that I am not experiencing some gains. The pumps are nice, and strength has increased slightly. When this container is empty though, I think I will try the Energized version next to see how that compares before making a decision on going back to BSN.
