im not gonna talk about the effects, cuz you guys can do a simple google on GLUTAMINE and get at least 432869 articles about the benifits of Glutamine... what i can say is that this stuff really doesnt have any taste at all , i bought the higher power ( dont get me wrong, i love higher power and most of the bulk shit i buy is from higher power), but their glutamine left a wierd fucking tatse in your mouth...you'd swallow it, but you'd have a fucked up sweet/wierd taste in your mouth..
