L- Tyrosine despite my side effects with it, has been a great supplement for me. I often have problems with focusing on my workout at hand, but L Tyrosine seems to restore my focus independantly of the nootropics I sometimes stack with it. My side effects are jittery-ness, and nervousness, though I'm sensitive to stimulants like caffeine. Otherwise, it does it's job perfectly. IMO this is one of the better aminos out there that affects the brain. |
