12. Applicable Law; Not For Resale. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. 13. Headings. The section headings used herein are for convenience of reference only and do not form a part of these terms and conditions, and no construction or inference shall be derived therefrom.
14. Acceptance. Domestic orders placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday are expected to be packed and shipped the same day, or within one business day of the receipt of the order, subject to availability of stock, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected (applies to the 48 contiguous states only). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are expected to ship on Monday. Best efforts will be used to achieve this prompt shipping, but the company cannot make any guarantees about how quickly an item can or will be shipped. Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight.
