Loved this stuff! Light to no water retention or bloating like normal creatine mono. Good strength increases. Great addition pre/post workout! This along with Animal Pak and ON Fish Oil are staples in my supplement arsenal...

These are absolutely awesome! All flavors are good, with chocolate being my favorite...it tastes like hersheys syrup. Great to use in between meals or added to meals for extra protein, i even throw a tbsp or 2 in with my chocolate protein shake..
