Creadex Directions
For explosive musclebuilding results, take 2 servings (each serving consisting
of 4 caplets with an 8 oz glass of water) daily. On workout days, take 1 serving
in the morning and the other immediately after your workout. On non-workout
days, take 1 serving in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Consume ten
