6% Grapefruit Pulp and Peel - Rich in pectin and the bioflavonoid naringen.
3% Lemon Peel - Rich in pectin and the bioflavonoid limocitrol.

Suggested Use:
Stir two rounded tablespoons (1/3 cup) vigorously into a full glass of water or juice until dissolved completely and drink. (If allowed to stand, the drink mix will thicken.)
