Wear latex gloves to prevents overly tanned palms. For a quick, easy application,
dispense
Competition Tan onto a damp tanning sponge and massage over skin
until absorbed. Apply lotion generously and quickly in a circular motion,
tanning one area at a time. Avoid contact with clothing for 10-20 minutes
or until lotion is dry. You may reapply in 2-3 hours to create a deeper,
darker tan. To enhance your definition, apply
Jan Tana Posing Oil. To remove
