Directions: 1. For the first five days (loading phase): Take 1 scoop of HYPER
GROWTH in the morning and 1 scoop twelve hours later or immediately after
your workout. 2. Maintenance phase: Take 1 scoop of HYPER GROWTH after your
workout or upon awakening on non-workout days. For optimum taste, mix 1 scoop
