Ingredients:
Each capsule contains 250 mg Echinacea angustifolia root extract standardized to 4% echinacoside, 190 mg Echinacea purpurea herb and Millet.
Suggested Use:
Take one capsule twice daily with water at mealtimes. For more intensive use, take up to two capsules twice daily with water at mealtimes. After taking Echinacea for 6 to 8 weeks, a 2 to 4 week break is recommended before restarting use for best results.
