Instructions:
The day of desired cleansing on an empty stomach (no food/liquids for 4-5 hours), begin by drinking 16oz. of water one hour prior to the time you want to be clean. Wait 15 minutes. Then take 6 capsules with 16 oz of water every 15 minutes until you have finished all 24 capsules. Capsules are effective for two hours after finishing, so plan carefully. Take all enclosed supplement capsules (creatine and protein with your last 6 capsules. Time your drinking so you finish the last 6 capsules and 16oz. of water as close as possible to your desired time.
