Parsley was known as early as the first century and was used by the Ancient Greeks and Romans as both a flavoring and garnish. Parsley provides Potassium, Vitamin A and Folate, and is high in Chlorophyll. The aromatic oils of Parsley make it an ideal breath freshener.
